Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. General Terms and Conditions

At Rota Unsal, customer satisfaction is our top priority for all bookings made through the website. If, for valid reasons, we are unable to provide the service, a full refund will be issued to our customers.

Our refund policy is designed to protect the rights of both participants and service providers. The following conditions apply to all bookings.

2. Company-Related Cancellation and Refund Conditions

  • If the tour cannot take place due to weather conditions, decisions made by official authorities, technical malfunctions, or security reasons, the customer's payment will be fully refunded.

  • If the company is unable to provide the promised service, it offers the customer the option to choose another date on the same day. The customer can accept this change if they wish, or they will receive a full refund.

  • The customer will be notified of any service cancellation or postponement as soon as possible.

3. Customer-Related Cancellation and Refund Conditions

  • Customers who have made reservations are required to be present at the specified location and time on the day of the tour.

  • No refunds will be given if the customer is late for the tour, does not show up at all, or is not present at the designated meeting point.

  • If the number of participants exceeds the number stated during booking, the extra people may not be accepted or an additional fee may be charged. If the additional fee is not paid, the extra people will not be included in the tour and no refund will be given.

  • If a customer is removed from the tour for failing to comply with the rules stated during the tour, no refund will be given.

4. Group Bookings and Early Cancellation Terms

  • For individual bookings, free cancellation and refunds are possible up to 30 days prior to the tour date.

  • Cancellation policies may vary for large group bookings (10 people or more) and are determined on a case-by-case basis. Customers making group bookings agree to these terms and conditions in writing at the time of booking.

  • For cancellations made less than 30 days in advance, the company reserves the right not to issue a refund due to organizational preparations.

5. Private and Overnight Boat Reservations

  • Private and overnight boat charters are subject to different cancellation and refund policies due to the scale of the event and the preparation time required. These policies are designed to ensure both the safety of our guests and the security of the boat preparation process.

  • 1. Customer-Related Cancellation and Refund Conditions

  • For cancellations made 90 days in advance, the full amount paid (100%) will be refunded to the customer.

  • 60-90 days before booking: In case of cancellation, 20% of the tour fee will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded to the customer.

  • 30-45 days before the trip: In case of cancellation, 10% of the tour fee will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded to the customer.

  • For cancellations made within the last 30 days, only 5% of the total tour price will be refunded.

  • Two weeks before departure: Tour deposits are non-refundable. No refunds will be given for cancellations made during this period.

  • 2. Company-Related Cancellation and Refund Conditions

  • If a private or overnight boat tour cannot be carried out by the company due to technical problems, safety concerns, weather conditions, or legal obstacles, the customer will receive a full refund of the amount paid.

  • The company may offer the customer a different date or alternative boat option under the same conditions. If the customer does not accept this change and requests a refund, the payment will be refunded in full.

  • 3. Additional Terms and Notes

  • Reservation cancellations must be made in writing (via email or contact form).

  • Refunds are processed through the same method used for payment. Delays caused by bank processes are not our responsibility.

  • The company reserves the right to charge an additional fee if the number of participants exceeds the number specified during booking. If payment is not made, the excess participants will not be allowed on the tour, and this will not be considered a reason for a refund.

  • In the event that the tour cannot take place due to force majeure (earthquake, fire, epidemic, official decisions, etc.), the customer will be offered a new date option or the payment will be refunded.

6. Return Process

  • Return requests must be submitted in writing by the customer (via email or contact form).

  • Refunds are processed through the customer's payment method. Refund times may vary depending on bank procedures.

  • When requesting a refund, it is mandatory to share your reservation number and payment receipt.
